New Student Enrollment 2024-2025
Step One: Application

FACTS requires a non-refundable $100 payment upon submission of application.

This needs to be completed by a parent. When "creating an account," enter parent information.
► Financial Agreement
A Financial Agreement is required for all students. Please make an appointment for your family with Gracie Gaytan, Student Accounts Manager, via http://calendly.com/aafinances.

► Recommendation Forms
- Two forms need to be completed--at least one by a current teacher/principal, and the second one can be by a pastor/Pathfinder leader/another teacher. If you attend an area Adventist school, your eighth grade teacher and principal will receive a link to complete the recommendation form. Email them directly requesting that they complete a recommendation on your behalf.

Step Two: Enrollment
► FACTS Enrollment
- You will receive an email of your acceptance as an Andrews Academy student with instructions on how to complete FACTS Enrollment.
► Medical Insurance Card
- Upload a medical insurance card (front & back - jpeg format only, clear photo) when completing online enrollment OR email to aaadmissions@salamzone.com.
► Health Appraisal and Immunization Record
- Bring original Health Appraisal form (signed by a doctor) to the school office.
- Bring/email the official Immunization record to the school office (aaadmissions@salamzone.com).

- Email to aaadmissions@salamzone.com one of the following: a photo or PDF of your birth certificate or passport.
Step Three: Class Schedule
- Incoming 9th Graders: The Class Schedule will be provided at Grad Bash Brunch – Sunday, June 2 @ 10:30 AM. Classes cannot be reserved until steps 1 and 2 above are finished. Appointments with the registrar begin June 4.
- Incoming 10th-12th Graders: Upon completion of FACTS Application/Enrollment and Financial Agreement, an email will be sent to you with instructions to make an appointment with the registrar beginning May 6.

AU Campus Safety & Food Service
- During the school year, campus parking requires registration with the Andrews University Campus Safety department (269-471-3321). Vehical Registration Instructions
- School Lunch and Subsidized Lunch Program (free/reduced meals) must be arranged with Andrews University Dining Services (269-471-3161 or ds@salamzone.com).
Textbooks & Uniforms
- Textbooks: Students may purchase used and new textbooks from ShelfIt. Items automatically added to your cart must be purchased from ShelfIt. Log in with the student's AU email address. Once you have enrolled and your schedule has been entered into FACTS, required textbooks should be available for purchase.
- Uniforms: Please visit Lands' End or contact Andrews Academy (limited supply) for uniforms, which consist of AA logoed polos/shirts, AA logoed jackets, and PE uniforms.
